Building Your Fish Taco (or Taco Salad)
My husband and I like to go low carb. So if you want to cut the carbs and make this Keto, add some more lettuce and make a tasty Fish Taco Salad. Additionally if you really want to add some fat use 5% fat plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Finally, you don’t want to use canned refried beans with extra sugar when you can make this simple tasty Refried Black Bean Recipe. But remember, you should add the beans sparingly if you’re eating Keto.
My girls had fun showing off their taco creations. Aren’t they cute? They really wanted to help mom make pictures. And, yes, the youngest does have breaded fish in her taco, but look at all the other good stuff. Sometimes, you have to pick your battles, right?
